30FPS to 60FPS Plus 4K Upscaling (Free)

Tweaked my MeGUI settings so now it will convert 30FPS to 60FPS and even 60FPS to 120FPS as it will double the frames per second of the original video plus now it will also upscale to 4K

Video below shows PS4 GTA5 upscaled to 4K plus 30FPS to 60FPS

Two version below one Upscales to 4K plus Doubles the FPS the other just Doubles the FPS
