Using a Panasonic TX-L32E6B LED TV as a PC monitor

First things first the Panasonic TX-L32E6B is a thing of beauty from it's looks with it's nice thin bevel to it's picture quality viewing HD TV

PC is used for TV viewing and recording SD/HD via DVBviewer plus using web based TV catchup services from the likes of BBC, ITV and so on also use PC to browse the web

Only problem i had was fuzzy text within windows plus web pages so after a few days of tweaking the settings i found to be the best are

Windows Settings

DPI 125%
Title Bars 11
Menus 9
Palette Title 11
Icons 9
ToolTips 9

TV Settings

Turn off Over scan
Turn Sharpening down to 0

PC Setup

Antec NSK2400 Case
Intel 3rd Generation Core i7-3770k
Gigabyte SKT-1155 G1 Sniper M3 Motherboard
Radeon HD6570
Antec High Current Gamer 620W Power Supply
Corsair 16GB 1600MHz CL10 DDR3 Vengeance Memory Kit
OCZ Vertex 4 SATA III 2.5" SSD 64GB

Hope this helps :)
